Pet Policy
At Gillespie Group, we understand that pets are part of the family! To ensure a comfortable living environment for all our residents, we have established the following pet policy:
Pet Privilege Fee:
A one-time, non-refundable, pet privilege fee of $350.00 is required.
Monthly Pet Rent:
$45.00 per pet, per month.
Pet Limit:
A maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
Breed Restrictions:
Please note that certain breed restrictions do apply. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepards, Doberman Pinchers, Chow, Presa Canario, Dalmation, Akita, and Great Dane.
